The essential part of a ranch is the cattle in it and the way in which they are raised.  Whether in or out of a corral, life on a ranch centers on the needs of the cattle.

Our cattle don’t live in stockyard prisons. We let them live the life that the good Lord intended for them. They walk beneath open skies in an open range, eating fresh grass, drinking from flowing water.  They walk and graze the way that they were meant to.

Cattle still need care and shipping; so we round them up into corrals the old-fashioned way.  That means that the cowboy lifestyle isn’t dead at Red Oak.  We round them up on horseback, keeping alive a way of life that is emblematic of America, itself.
